The location was great, but a little hard to find (Its across from the Helen). The staff are very nice, but the real attraction is the restaurant - great food and fantastic service.

Big issue with the non-performant Air Conditioning!! The room was like an oven! Also, the bed&matresses need to be changed as they are tooo hard!!

The front staff were very good . The room was small however it was air conditioned and clean. Good breakfast. Close to the town centre yet still quiet. This was a nice hotel exprerience
Some staff needed better training about hospitality, I was shown to my room by one staff member and had to carry all my bags with no help.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right on the main boulevard leading to the ferry port, which is just a stone's throw away from the hotel. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that it is situated in Oriental express. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, speaking pretty good English. The breakfast was exceptional, with a good variety of food. Plus, we had a top floors room with an amazing view of the street and water.
Not one thing.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value and prime location of this hotel. Despite not having luxurious amenities like a swimming pool or spa treatments, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including toiletries and robes. The air conditioning was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious Turkish dishes that were continuously replenished. The hotel's proximity to the ferry point and the Dardanelles waterfront made it an ideal location for exploring the city.
Minor improvements could be made, but overall, everything was satisfactory.
